My Yoga practice

Through breath, movement, and presence, yoga becomes a way of returning to the body and reconnecting with what is alive within.

It can bring a sense of clarity and vitality, and sometimes the feeling of “joy for no reason.”

In the different phases of life, yoga has been a steady companion — always humbly bringing me back to myself.

Weekly Yoga classes

I offer weekly yoga classes within the vibrant community of Berlin — a space where you can relax, recharge, and restore your balance. I teach across various locations and studios, offering reoccurring community events and classes. Whatever brings you to the mat, all bodies and levels are welcome here.

Come as you are.

Breathe and
Chant with me

Music and chanting are woven into my classes and retreats. Opening and closing a practice with mantra singing transforms the experience — it marks the space as intentional, drawing you inward at the start and helping you carry something with you as you leave.

I play the harmonium to anchor this. Brought to India in the 19th century and absorbed completely into the tradition of kirtan and devotional prayer, it became one of the great sacred instruments of the East. Its sound is continuous and breathing, sustained — warm, unhurried, and deeply settling to the nervous system.

When I bring the harmonium into a practice, it isn't decoration. The vibration of the instrument combined with the voice creates a shared resonance in the room — Whether you have never chanted before or it is already part of your practice, you are always welcome to simply listen. The sound will take you to places.

Workshops and
Retrears

I facilitate various workshops and retreats throughout the year — an opportunity to dive deep into the fields of yoga, bodywork, and movement.

These events offer a safe space for exploration, expression, and playfulness within the container of consent. I enjoy connecting with people and creating moments to explore the connections between our inner world and the world around us, while supporting a powerful and beautiful community.

I'd be glad to have you there.
